        I had to hold the truck for over a week because my closing took longer than expected fully loaded. The truck leaked and ruined a bunch of stuff. Never again!

        We picked up our truck on a Sunday, and it was parked out front for us, but it was obvious it has never need cleaned or received any kind of maintenance aside from what was absolutely critical to keep it running. The truck was FILTHY!!! Thirty minutes and HALF a container of blackened clorox wipes later, we felt it was somewhat sanitary enough to drive. Shouldn't they have some type of cleaning protocols considering we are in the midst of a pandemic? When we pointed out a concern about tire pressure as one tire looked low, we were told they don't check it or do anything with that unless it goes to the shop for maintenance, but advised us to take it to a local gas station to check the tire pressure. Not exactly a great way to start the trip, but we had to got to a gas station anyway because they did NOT give it to us with a full tank - what?!
