Terrible rude service at this store today! Was returning two returnable items from mail order that I didnt like and a pair of tights (with all the original wrapping and packaging) that were defective right out of the package (a large hole). I just originally wanted a replacement pair of tights for the defective ones. The older short saleswoman with a strong accent seemed confused by my not having the receipt for only some of the items (they ship parts of an order with separate packing slips.) I have a loyalty membership and its never been a problem looking up items before. At first she told me that since she was unable herself to look up the items online in my account I had to go back home and find the original packing slips (!?) which was bizarre since its all online and I had it right in my phone to show her (and in the past other salespeople could look items up at the store.) She said that she couldnt find the tights online, and when I tried to show her on my phone she shouted at me that she worked here a long time so she knew what she was doing. They are on sale RN on the website, so no idea what she was trying to search for. The whole ordeal took 30 minutes. I wish there were other Ann Taylor locations in the DFW area. Other salespeople here have been nice, though.

Laurie is the BEST! She was so friendly, attentive, and supportive. She went above and beyond for me to build my confidence for an upcoming interview. We also explored new colors and styles for me, and honestly, it was a lot of fun! Thank you again, Laurie :)

Always a great experience at this Ann Taylor store. They were very busy and still managed to provide excellent customer service.
