Parkside Towns

I lived at Parkside Towns from August 2020-April 2023. We only left because we bought a home. This was truly the best apartment experience Ive ever had. The management is so friendly, quick to respond, and works really hard to keep the community safe and clean. The maintenance crew will have any request completed in 24 hours if possible. Its quiet and has great community events from time to time. These townhomes are in the perfect location with anything and everything. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

The apartment complex is a beautiful complex with amazing staff. During my 3 years, there were few small maintenance issues that quickly resolved. The community events are superb, and the staff are very professional! During the ice storm, the staff remained onsite to assist tenants with any problems.

I lived at Parkside Towns from June 2015 to February 2019. It was the first place I lived when I moved to Dallas. While there, they went through an owner/management change 3 months after I moved in & I was immediately nervous the complex would go downhill; it didnt! The staff was always stellar, the maintenance was always completed within 24 hours, its a clean, quiet, cozy & friendly place to live. Dog owners even pick up their dogs poop! Its convenient to 75, 635 & DNT. I enjoyed my stay there!

The management team and the service team are truly amazing. There are many fun activities organized by the management. The service team usually can get things fixed on the same day, often within an hour of submitting a service request. We had a wonderful experience there!
