Russell was very professional and honest and didn't treat us like typically Car dealership sales people do and we will definitely be purchasing future vehicles through Autoflex because of his ability to work so many of the details out on this purchase prior to us arriving to test drive the car.

Update: Apparently you may need to wait a few weeks to leave a review. To begin, I traded in my truck. Bought a Camry that had 2 bad tires on it (one with a huge screw). They offered to take care of it, or I could take care of it when they cut me a check that was SUPPOSED to come within 2-3 days. After waiting 2.5 hours for them to clean the car and fill it up which was absurd, I took the incentive to do it myself. Almost 3 weeks later there is no check. I paid to get the tires fixed out of my own money so that I didn't risk a blowout. THEN, they were supposed to pay off my truck. Come to find out they JUST paid it off 04/04 when I traded in the truck 03/23. This caused another payment for the truck to be withdrawn from my account. So, what they paid off is not the amount they agreed to ... again putting me out of more money. When I called to speak with my salesperson, I got told this was above her pay and that she would have the owner reach out to me. I've never gone through an Autoflex company and had issues like this. I am beyond DISAPPOINTED!!!!!! Someone needs to make this right!!! Third time in 15 years buying through Autoflex. I did what I set out to do with the help of many. Alice went above and beyond to get me the car I wanted at the payment I wanted and THEN SOME! I walked out of this placed feeling blessed . I appreciate Autoflex and will continue to send people their way.

Daniel was welcoming from the beginning. I had a bad experience with my last leasing company. He helped me find a great vehicle and made me feel comfortable with my choice. I would highly recommend!
