Staff was friendly,knowledgeable, and helpful. The manager Brielle went out of her way to help me get some better golf shirts.

The manager, Zack or some other basic name, seems more worried about being rude and projecting his views about whatever is on his mind than actually running the store. Dude is absolutely insufferable. Not sure who peed in his cereal, but he really needs to get over it and stop being a little snowflake.

Great staff, good selection. One of the better Buckle locations I have been too.

The first experience I had in this store a couple of days ago was excellent all around. This is including the employee's. The experience I had today, not so great. The girls behind the register had attitude and in general acted as if they were judging every customer that walked through the door. I spent $400 the first day. This time, only $40. Was ready to get out after speaking to the girls asking them a question and watching their faces as other customers entered the store. Rude, stuck up, and a great lack of customer service and their job knowledge. The guy that was in there was rude as well when we asked about pricing on a pair of sunglasses. We initially asked the girls but he decided to walk up and ask "what's the problem?". There was no problem. Just asked a question. Will not be going back.
