Unfortunately had to drop after 1 year of return prep and this year not receiving contact after 3+ weeks of attempts. If you are looking for a tax prep company who has the time and skills to assist you this unfortunately is not it. Whenever a rep corresponded with me they were nice enough so 2 instead of 1 star. Found out this form was also removed as a Dave Ramsey ELP this year. Seems that recent low reviews have also been removed and only antiquated 5 star reviews remain. Steer clear.

If there could be rating of zero that is what I would rate this CPA firm. Absolutely slow and no customer service. The new portal system is a waste of time because it is rarely checked or not checked at all. CHOOSE A NEW CPA!! DO NOT COME HERE OR YOU WILL HAVE TO FILE AN EXTENSION AND PAY A FINE.

I cant say enough good thing about this firm. Ms Sharon and her staff are awesome . I have been doing business with them for almost ten years and they have never fell short of awesomeness!!
