    I have put up with a lot while living here for just a few months, but I have reached my limit with them SHUTTING THE WATER OFF WITHOUT NOTICE MULTIPLE TIMES. This has happened at least once a month since I moved in in August, and in the past 2 weeks they have shut the water off 4 times randomly. They say its for leak repairs, but the "leak" has yet to be fixed and they even let it slip to my roommate that they were turning the water off to "save on the water bill". There is no email communication or notice whatsoever any time this happens, and at this very moment the water is turned off and everyone on staff has went home for the day. There are countless other problems with living here, but this place is just uninhabitable at this point. I am moving to another city and I already know with their lack of written correspondence that they will try to scam me on the way out and violate the lease terms as much as possible. I have asked multiple times for written confirmation of my notice to vacate and have received nothing, along with the water for the building still being turned off.

    As most of the reviews say there are constant break-ins to vehicles. Some left on blocks. The Respro company that owns the property doesn't care to invest money back into it but will raise your rent to "meet the market price". Yet you'll end up paying for a unit that hasn't had any upgrades but the paint on the walls. As you can tell from the pictures attached, you'll see the fence to the main road has been knocked over for more than a year. The dog park has no maintenance and there is dog poop everywhere. The basketball court hasn't had a backboard for more than a year. Be sure you can do your own maintenance request or end up waiting 6 months for a bathroom light to be fixed like a few neighbors i know. There's likely to be a fire in coming years since they've never had the units with fireplaces be inspected. The front office says that they're trying to catch up on work orders but they cant because of the revolving door they have here for the staff including the property manager. When one project begins it can never be finished because of how quickly people are fired. Not sure who's running the show anymore but communication is terrible. If anything wants to be sent up the chain of command you can forget about that. The automated review response here will tell you that they deeply care and would like for you to come in the office to settle your problem but it's an obvious collective property issue. I gave it two stars because it is in central location to a lot of business and quick access to the highway.

    Before I move forward with litigation, I am giving you a chance to mediate a concern. After multiple attempts to get the agreed upon refund have failed, the management at Henry B Apartments, in San Antonio, are now falsifying documents and applying fictitious fees AFTER the agreed refund. Now that we have exceeded 4 months post move-out, and no sign of the agreed upon refund, we will follow legal counsel and recover 3 x the portion of the deposit. Section 92.109. Renters -to - be, beware of this property! Within the first month of residency, there was a shooting and shooter on the loose, leaving his u-haul and girlfriend. The property management failed the residents, failing to reach out to police. Instead, our son made the call. ROACHES! This property NEVER had the roach problem under control.

    This is the worst apartment I have ever lived in. Between the massive roach infection. Never maintenance around. A useless manager that never in the office. To making their resident live with AC units down and putting a portable ac unit that throws hot air and spike your light bill up. The place overall is BAD IN EVERY ASPECT POSSIBLE. AND NOW 5 MONTH AFTER MOVING OUT THEY SEND A EMAIL SAYing I own them 400 dollars in moving out fees. To start I waited 3 hours on the office for the useless manager for her to never show up and even her helper was talking about about her and the place. It's ridiculous the abuse that place have to their residents.
