Love living here. Can't say enough about location. The apartment building is beautiful, clean, and modern. And management team is second to none. As a customer service provider, I can say their customer service far exceeds expectations. Especially Autumn, she is always welcoming, empathetic, and will greet you with a smile the second you step into their office. Highly recommend The Mosaic on Broadway!

I have not lived in an apartment for over 15 years and I was very hesitant to move in to one due to my work transfer, a year ago. I looked at several ones during my search and there was something about every single one that stopped me from signing with them. When I visited The Mosaic, Autumn greeted me and made me feel welcomed. Even though there was not an apartment available she showed me one that was getting ready to get occupied and utilized it as a location reference for the one that would be coming available. She answered all my questions and guided me through the process. I ended up submitting the application that same day. It's been smooth sailing since then. No matter what the issue is, Autumn along with the rest of the team have always been willing to help, regardless of how close to or after closing time it is. I would definitely recommend The Mosaic to anyone that asks. Service is number one, the location is just a bonus.
