        I had an exceptional experience with freeway insurance, specifically with Robert . I was in need of car insurance after hours, and Robert responded quickly, providing outstanding customer service. Not only did he offer a great price, but he was also very efficient in getting everything set up for me. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. I will definitely be recommending Robert and Freeway insurance to everyone I know, even if Roberts office is notin the same city as me. Overall I give freeway insurance a 5 star rating for their superb customer service, quick, response time, and great pricing. I am so lucky to have Robert as my agent. Thank you.

        I was looking for insurance and found this company and while they had some of the better quotes they are not completely honest with you. I was working with an agent named Victoria Coronado and My initial payment was 402 and I was not made aware of that there was a nonrefundable 172 dollar start up service fee. I never paid a fee of that nature. If i wanted to cancel my policy then i would just be refunded for the amount i didnt use. This was not the case with this company. I got insurance March 2nd and cancelled on the 5th and they only intend to refund me 228 for a 3 day period. So if i were you i would not go with this company to look for insurance and if you do, be sure to ask all the questions. I ended up getting a lower quote with USAA age getting all the perks i needed. Like this company couldnt get me rental reimbursement or coverage but USAA could. And i fight have to pay any outrageous fees to start my policy with USAA. Dont let this company scam you out your money.
