This place has a very friendly staff. Mari is a great dental hygienist. She took her time with her work and educated me on maintaining a healthy mouth. Maria and Dr Hernandez was very sweet, caring, and informative as well. I did not have any anxiety while Dr Hernandez worked on my mouth.

My permanent bottom retainer broke off on one side, during my lunch. I called my regular dentist but they were closing early for the Easter holiday weekend. A little disappointing that a long-standing patient of 10 years couldn't be squeezed in. Their next opening wasn't until the following Wednesday, 6 days away. I didn't want to go the whole holiday weekend with the loose wire poking my tongue. I check around and called Northwoods Dental Spa. They were so accommodating! They got my information over the phone and I quickly drove over to their office. The office staff were so friendly and kind! And Dr Hernandez was awesome! I was in and out within 30 minutes. Dr Hernandez did exactly what I needed, nothing more or any additional recommendations. I so appreciate this sort of honest business. I went ahead and scheduled my new 6-month cleaning for July. I'm looking forward to being a new patient with Northwoods Dental Spa!
