My son has long hair and got his hair cut there. It was a little expensive, I won't be back.

I had a staff member as I was walking in ask if I needed help finding anything and I politely declined. As I was shopping she was watching me as if I was stealing and it was pretty annoying. Then as I was waiting to check out she was just standing behind the registers and she asked again if I needed anything. I asked her about an item that was out of stock and she was extremely pushy, rude, and condescending about her recommendation in place of what I originally wanted. Even worse it looked as though she were the manager, I hope no one else experiences this.

Unfortunately, I came across rude staff. You could also tell the cashier was just annoyed, and not friendly.

Was ignored for about 10 minutes in a very small Ulta store, even though I knew exactly what I wanted. It's my day off and didn't feel like dressing up, so I get that nobody wanted to approach me. Waited in line for another few minutes to ask the cashier, who was very courteous, for assistance.
