My teeth are in their best condition thanks to Alamo Heights dental. They make cleaning appointments pleasant, and as a result, I stay on top of upkeep. They also referred me to an excellent orthodontist and periodontist.

Chris at the front desk, my dental hygienist Yvonne, and Dr. Susie DeKoch are so kind, accommodating, and patient with my questions. I feel fortunate to have this team caring for my teeth. I work in healthcare myself, and I can attest to their ethical, honest, and cost-effective approach to their practice.

I'm leaving this review for anyone that is thoroughly searching for a dental implant oral surgeon. Also because I paid a pretty penny for a freaking tooth so I picked the best of the best to go to because I absolutely couldn't afford any mistakes because I barely could afford the high cost of an implant. I highly recommend Dr. Graham. There's a reason why so many people recommend him. He truly is great at what he does. I had to get a tooth removed and I chose to go with a dental implant. Now what I wanted was for the tooth to be removed and for the screw and bone graft to automatically be put in because that would cost me a lot less money and less surgery. I literally couldn't find an oral surgeon willing to do this.
So I went to Dr. Graham because I was told he was really good and he took my x-rays looked at my mouth and said he was very confident he would be able to remove the tooth and put the screw and bone graft in right after. He even said if it fails he would redo it for free! I have NEVER heard a dentist or doctor or whatever offer to redo work for free. He clearly really cares about the quality of his work. He makes sure you don't feel any pain during surgery and will give you extra numbing if you need it. I did have loads of swelling after surgery because my tooth was very difficult to pull since I have a strong jaw. I had pain for maybe like a week or a little longer. I only took advil I didn't feel the need to take anything stronger. Implant healed fine and everything went great. Also anytime I called his cellphone after hours he either automatically answered or called me back shortly after. He was also friendly and seems like a people person.
The reason why I took one star off was because of the receptionists at this place. Dr. Graham was an 11/10 but definitely not the receptionists. Sometimes you got a nice receptionist sometimes you didn't. There was a particular red head that always had an attitude and I couldn't stand her. I would still recommend this place because of Dr. Graham he's an excellent oral surgeon. you'll just have to ignore some of the moody receptionists.
