Truck was stolen along with 3 other people's cars. Supposedly gated parking lot but they ACCIDENTALLY left the gate open.

At check in the front desk never told us anything about the gates or how they operated. We also didn't even know until our third day that they actually have an evening reception. Leaving the hotel the gate came down on my car and left white paint scratches and now the Owner Chris McGee tells me that it is my fault. Even though I was given no direction on how they operated, he still refuses to do anything about it. Extremely unprofessional and rude owner. Staff needs to be trained on how to educate guests on how the property Works. I'll never come back. We also didn't receive housekeeping service on all of our stays even when we requested it for both rooms.

Came here for a conference. Did not stay as a guest since I live in town. Very clean, friendly staff, and great coffee!

I booked direct, and they pulled the ol "switcheroo" on me... and didn't have the fortitude to handle it with integrity. March 10th, I reserved and paid for a "studio suite", but when we showed up, my wife and I were handed the keys to a regular room. I even made mention that I thought it odd the "suite" was on the 5th floor instead of the 1st, and the attendant responded with his regrets. When we got to our room I immediately called down to the front desk and the same man acknowledged that I was correct, that I was not provided the correct type of room and said that he would have management call me the next day for a satisfactory resolution. I received no such call, nor a voicemail in its respect. So I was overcharged for a stay in small room and on a terribly uncomfortable bed (their suite beds are far more delightful - I am a regular customer) and they fail to demonstrate any care for the matter.
