We had a great experience with Carpet Now. We needed to get our stairs redone, and Tanya came out and helped my wife make a selection and gave us an estimate. After that, we arranged for an install date and worked with Carlos to get the work done. We had an arctic front come in the day of the work, and Carlos kept in touch with us to let us know that things would work better if we waited for it to warm up. He dropped the carpet off the night before so it could be up to temp on the day of the work, and then got the job done well in about 6 hours. We appreciate the active communication and good information, as well as the quality work. We're happy about the warranty offered, and the customer service through the process.
