True five star customer service. Great experience fitting into my Miuras. Jeremy was awesome, on point on everything! Then the owner (Mark Vallier) apologized for the bad experience I had at another fitting (with their competition Deadsolid) and waived my fitting fee. He really goes above and beyond for his customers. I will certainly come back next time.

Definitely a very poor experience, I was fitted a year ago, and I got a set of ping i525s.. after arriving to my hometown the first thing my coach noticed was the "blue" dot instead of a regular black one, totally not for me.. shafts also totally heavy for me, and they not even made me try anything but the ones that those irons normally come with..the result: I had to change all of them! Today I went to other place also in San Antonio, they said exactly the same thing as my coach back in Mexico, why the hell did they fitted you a blue dot! , I ended buying a complete new set of black dot same i525s irons and trading the blue ones.. so their lack of professionalism just cost me one thousand bucks.. no, I wouldn't recommend them.

The review below by Andrew Wilson is categorically false! There is now way any of us would "laugh" and have said to "join the current century". Most likely the reply by any of us would be to explain the value of reshafting versus a newer set of irons. That is our standard practice! "First time I called, asked the gentleman that answered the phone about putting new shafts and an older set of Adams clubs that I have and he laughed at me and told me that I need to join the current century. I would not recommend this company before anything after this experience. Its sad that you cannot call the company and get the information you request without trying to be upsold or laughed at or told that you know your equipment is somehow subpar to what theyre trying to sell"

I had a putter fitting done with Dustin today and it was great. The last time I did a putter fitting was around 10 years ago and it was definitely time. Im so glad I came to MK Golf Tech to get it done. The price was less than expected and the service was way above it. Ive had a fitting done by a different company before, did not like it, but decided to give these guys a chance. I was very glad I did. Dustin was great to work with. He was open to my feedback about my putting stroke and habits, and he didnt overwhelm me with tips or shove anything I didnt want to use in my hands. He found what worked for me as well as what I preferred to look at and how it felt. We bounced back and forth between a few options and finally landed on one that I had actually done research on the night before. The awesome thing was that I never asked to use it; he had suggested I try it due to the weight and how it would fit my putting stroke. At the end of the fitting, I purchased the putter and Dustin made the lie angle adjustment as well as cut the putter down a half inch to suit my needs. It was done quick and he even swapped the putter out for a different one since the original had a blemish near the hosel. I also had a chance to chat with the owner for a little bit and he was very friendly. Ill definitely be back in the future. Side note - Dustin also recommended a few course options and he was spot on with that as well!
