We tried applying for insurance on our own but the application process was very confusing, especially because we missed open enrollment. We found Vanessa Buchanan through google. She was very informational! She made the process easy and painless. We explained what we were looking for, she scouted plans, explained them to us and even did the application for us. She followed up after the process and explained she will be following up when open enrollment comes so we can switch to a better plan if one is available. The process wasnt as scary afterall. We are excited to continue working with her!
