DO NOT stay here unless you want your car broken into. We stayed last night and parked under the k9 response cameras. What a rip off, pay 10 bucks for security and it doesnt work. I will be following up with corp on this until something is done. Good thing we took most of our belongings inside with us!

Took two phone calls and a long wait for maintenance to show. We were given a room with plumbing problems. Typical older hotel with kitchenette. Room was clean and hotel was quiet during our stay. Close to restaurants and stores.

The bed is very watery, they charge you $10dlls per day for parking when most hotels in San Antonio are free, I won't stay there again, I left $100dlls as a deposit, I checked out on Friday, it's already Monday and I still haven't received the money in my account

Upon check-in, a credit card is required for room, tax & incidentals; an authorization occurs to be sure funds are available, but the card is not charged. The balance of this authorization is released upon your departure but it can take as many as ten business days to return to your debit card.
