Absolutely the worst Hilton property I have ever stayed in. After finding bugs in our room, we were moved not once, but twice during a 4 day stay because the property was 'completely booked'. The first indication of an issue developed when we found out that this property doesn't use Hilton's standard room descriptions so a Suite is not a separate room, it is a dividing curtain in the same room so you book at a high rate expecting a King Suite with a separate bedroom only to find out that you have been misled into a standard room that they are charging extra for. After being moved out of the room with bugs so that it could be sprayed, we were guaranteed another room on the first floor after the other guests checked out for the remaining three days of our stay. The General Manager decided that his staff couldn't make that decision and moved us WITHOUT OUR KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT to the 4th floor. When we checked into this room for what was to be three days, it had been set up for 2 people and obviously our reservation was for 2 adults and 1 child; not enough towels, etc. Checking the kitchen there wasn't any dish soap, no sponge/scrubber to wash the dishes, only one fork and 2 spoons, the shower gel dispenser was empty and both it and the shampoo dispenser were broken, and the television only received 75% of the channels so it had to be changed out that night. The 'free breakfast' consisted of most people standing in line to make a waffle from mix that wasn't prepared correctly so you didn't even get a full waffle, because there usually wasn't any fruit, only one kind of milk, no pastries (every 30 minute they would put 6 to 10 out that would be gone as soon as they put them out) and what appeared to be a flat fried egg. And oatmeal. There was hot water and colored hot water that they claimed was coffee, but had absolutely no taste too it. We were supposed to stay 4 days but left after 3. At no time was the General Manager available to talk to. I asked to speak with him twice and was told the first time that he had already left for the day and the second time that he wasn't available because it was his day off. I wouldn't even send my enemies to stay at this location and may not stay at another Hilton after this.
