Candlewood Suites San Antonio Airport, an IHG Hotel

Terrible service, they cancel my reservation out of nowhere, causing me the inconvenience to find another hotel at 1am in the morning.

Very noisy hotel! If you value your peace and quiet, especially at night, DO NOT stay here. You can hear all the other guests that are staying in the rooms around yours, beside, next, below and above you. You hear all of their footsteps, luggage moving around, and even if they're taking a shower! Sad part too, was that I spoke to the front desk twice and nothing was done about it. Unfortunately, I don't think there's anything anyone could do, other than to tear the whole building down and start fresh. Maybe that's what this place needs. And also, what kind of hotel doesn't offer breakfast even just a plain and simple continental breakfast?! Well, I for sure won't be staying here again and I highly recommend you don't either!

Great customer service from the moment I walked in the door. As an IHG platinum member, I was given the choice of points or a drink and snack. The room was nice and clean. The refrigerator was a little loud and so was the window in the room. Not a windy day, but it sounded like it was coming into the room. I couldn't find the light switch in the bathroom for the light above the mirror. All small things. Overall it was a good night's sleep.
