We used Krystal Transportation on a very special occasion. I took a special lady out for a night in the town. Krystal decorated the limo to make the mood very warm and intimate. They took excellent care of us and made the whole experience very enjoyable. I would highly recommend this service to anyone!

I hired Krystal Limo to take me and my groomsmen up to my venue for my wedding day. Sylvia was very helpful on the phone. Our driver showed up 30 mins early and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Booked the party bus for my daughter’s Sweet 16. A week before the event we got a call that the party bus door was damage and needed to be replaced, but the part they ordered wasn’t going to arrive until weeks after my daughter’s Sweet 16 so we had to settle for the Hummer for $50 less. Two days before my daughter’s event, they called me once again to tell us that the Hummer was no longer available because it had been stolen and recovered, but they weren’t able to fix it in time due to it being severely damaged so they offered us a smaller version of the Hummer which did not fit the party we originally had so some had to be left out. I asked if it was cheaper since the original Hummer fit more people and they said NO! They wouldn’t give us a discount and that it be the same price. We called other places in San Antonio and there were no limos available at such a short notice, so the woman who called me was kind enough to send pictures of the inside of the Limo and an angled view of Limo at night time, which are probably old pictures because what was sent to me compared to what we got was very disappointing. Anyhow, Since we weren’t able to find a limo we went ahead and took the smaller version of the Hummer limo. The day of the event I had to call owner to see where driver was at and driver ended up showing up 5-10 minutes late. The Limo was horrible!! The windows were dirty as if it had not been washed for weeks. The AC wasn’t even on! I had to tell driver that AC needed to be turned on because it was extremely hot in there. There was rust in several areas of the limo and windows were all cracked!!!! Interior was filthy! Fast forward to arrival at the venue. Driver dropped them off 15-20 minutes early. It was a major downgrade from what we originally had booked. I was very disappointed, and would never ever contract out a limo with them again.
