Incredible customer service! Due to Medicare eligibility, I had to switch medical device companies. I was hesitant because I had had such great customer service with Wheelchairs Etc. I didnt need to worry at all! Amanda did a fab job staying on top of the receipt of required docs information so that I could order supplies. And Amber in Resupply did an incredible job with my orderI had it in two days! Highly recommend Texas Home Medical! The San Antonio office ROCKS!!

My wife needed CPAP supplies but her doctor had switched practices and it was difficult getting referral for insurance purposes. Debbie helped find doctor, initiated referral process all quickly and efficiently. Great work. Thnx

The fitting with Roger was fantastic; he was very helpful, friendly, and explained everything thoroughly. But at check-out, when I had questions about the costs and billing (which were very vague to begin with), the branch manager came out with an immediate bad attitude, complete with unhelpful sarcasm. Very unprofessional, and turned a 5-star experience into 2. [Update: Changed to 3 stars due to good response from the owner.]

Revised review: I initially wrote a bad review for this business due to a lack of response to multiple phone calls to secure a resupply of my CPAP equipment. But, I just rec'd a call from a representative of TX Home Medical who was warm, responsive, intelligent and efficient. She (Brooke) has intervened and my supplies will be shipped tomorrow. This company does care about your service experience.
