National Seating & Mobility

A bunch of crooks and liars. It is sad that they "serve" a community with such great need and are at the mercy of their services. A real disgrace. I have emails from their NATIONAL REP promising and confirming that my 14 year son, who sits in a booster seat UNRESTRAINED, that is car seat was approved. It has been EXACTLY a year and still no car seat. He has daily seizures and its unsafe for him to be in the car like that. And this is just one piece of equipment I am still waiting on. We also tried to order a stander, post hip surgery, over a year ago and still NOTHING. This company and these people are disgusting and should not work for people with special needs or disabilities. they called me last week to say they couldnt get ahold of my insurance so they can not do anything. NO resolution, no resources, no suggestion. NOTHING. its my problem that they can not do their job. This should be a crime. I don't even know how they sleep at night! these people are so incompetent and should not be in business.

Best place to get medical equipment. David is very professional and i havent had any issues. He gets paperwork and orders fast.

I do not recommend the place, the secretariat is bad, they do not answer calls, they make you wait a long time for an appointment, the only good thing is the two technicians at the place, Martin and David, they are very good people and they help you.

Not happy with the company at all. They make you wait and they submit paperwork last minute. The worst.

Travis Medical is NOT a good company to get your medical equipment. FYI to everyone out there, from my personal experience with this company is not good once your insurance pays for you or your child's equipment and they bring it to you, you will never hear from them ever again. Do not get anything from this company you will regret it. The Office doesn't answer the phone either. Bad company employees don't call back. Calling the BBB.
