We had an appointment and he was a no call no show. 0/10 would not recommend. He also had zero professional skills over the phone and I had to lead our conversation.

My father was placed on hospice over the weekend and I was trying to get some paperwork and a will that my father had created and left unsigned and unwitnessed signed and notarized. Robert was wonderful. He offered to come out that very morning, and he willingly and graciously came out two more times on Sunday, the last after I discovered a second, more recent will on my Dad's pc created by a local lawyer. Shawn Marshall - the mobile notary - gained my immediate trust, which is truly unusual. Our world-class guard-dog didn't even bark at him once (and that is REALLY unusual). Robert literally saved the day! I am from Dallas area and when my original notary fell through, I called Robert and was helped within an hour! He was kind and professional, despite having to drive in rush hour traffic to get where I needed him. If I ever need any documents signed in the San Antonio area, I know who i will be calling.
