        Brandon was so nice and he was able to re start my water heater after a remodel. He was able to go through a tight spot and I am so grateful he was able to get the pilot lit.

        These guys came and gave me a very good explanation for where my bad smell came from (it wasn't sewer smell, it was lawn chemicals recently added by the previous landscaper before I bought the house). They were also very honest to tell me that the small root penetration I had was actually at the city connection level, so I called the city and they are coming to do a repair soon. These guys could have told me to spend thousands of dollars on a repair that is really the city responsibility. So, kudos for the honesty.
