No one wants to have to have an emergency restoration service have to come to your home. But when it is needed, you are fortunate if you have a service such as Restoration 1. Andrew and RJ were so professional and respectful of our home and did a fantastic job. They arrived on time- did their work- and left the area cleaner than I expected. This company placed a lien on my clients home after a couple of months of not getting full payment from their homeowners insurance (they had already received more than half of their invoice payment from the very reputable insurance company and were in ongoing communication with them). In the process of working with the insurance company, they just placed a lien on their home they are elderly and have never had a company place a lien on their home in all of their years of owning a home and having work done for plumbing repairs. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed in the anguish they have caused my clients thank God Im a lawyer so I can step in to resolve this matter for them asap! . From beginning to end, the many many contacts we had at our property, the entire process of remediation and demolition to treat our mold problem, the team of Restoration 1 was exceptional. The first visit from Daniel (Project Manager)with a follow up Mike (Ops Manager) and all of the team of technicians including Mark, Thomas, RJ and Anthony the work went smoothly. We were advised following our expectance of the bid during every step of the process. It was a team effort. When anything came up during the process we were instantly advised with explanations, photos, and whatever other means were necessary.
