This property management company has had my family living in a flooded home for near a week! Its the worst situation with a property management company Ive ever heard. Their toilets, tubs & sinks have had sewage backing up randomly for months. Now the entire CARPETED back of the house has flooded from the toilet and tub. The toilet is flooding up from the base. The water has had to be turned off. The entire home smells like mold and mildew. Theyve been putting in maintenance requests and calling for days with NO RESPONSE on anything. What is wrong with this company?? These are not livable conditions, this is an EMERGENCY, the repair needed is only getting worse & more expensive over time! They do not care about their property or tenants. Im so upset for my family, theyre having to use gas station restrooms & shower at my place. Worse thing is that this isnt even the first time, just the worst time & anyone sent to repair this in the past was just cheaply bandaiding the problemnow this? Reporting this place.

My partner and I recently moved out of our townhouse with Clark and got a bill for $2,000 worth of damages. The reasons given for the charges were illegitimate at best and more often, based on damages that were there when we moved in. The woman weve been disputing this with has been unbelievably rude and dismissive and she even started adding on more charges after we paid the initial bill. Some of these charges were even added on past 30 days after we moved (illegal in Texas). We feel like weve been nickel-and-dimed, juiced for everything weve got and left with a completely ruined Christmas. Ill be sure to spread the word about how unprofessional these people were to anyone who will listen. Including the very powerful people we know both in local government and in the SA real estate industry. Ive literally never even heard of such egregious behavior by a rental company.

Dawn Graves is awesome! Always so helpful and willing to do so much for you. Great communication skills. I have had others that give you the run around, but not here! I will gladly stay renting with this company as long as possible. The maintenance team always arrives when they say, and they do first class work in a timely fashion without having you wait all day! Best company to rent from!

Ive been living at their properties for about 3 years now. Never had a problem, any maintenance problems are always fixed the day of or the day after. The lady in the office Susan, definitely my go to
