Awesome phone support staff — only downside was that I felt that I needed a visit with a vet for my dog that day and there was no attempt to fit us in that day.

Called trying to schedule a new appointment and reached the voicemail. I called back and was hung up on. If they're busy I would of preferred to have been asked to hold.

My dog is sick, but they would not see him because they said they were booked "two weeks out." No appointments available. No use in trying to establish a relationship with a veterinarian if you can't schedule an appointment when your pet is sick.

If you can avoid this location, please DO! Worst customer service ever! They refused to give my pet a refill for his skin allergies. The recepcionist stated that the Vet needed to see him first in order to authorize a refill, however were not able to give me an appointment for the next two weeks. Long story short. I called another location and we DO HAVE 6 refills available with no appointment needed! The receptionist at Stone Ridge didn’t even checked my pet’s record to confirm if we had any refills available. She simply refused to give us anything. No refills and no appointment for two weeks. I’m not coming back ever to Banfield at this location!! If they are trying to get rid of customers, (bcs receptionist suggested to look for any other location) then they’re doing a great job!
