        I used to love shopping at LOFT being moving San Antonio but the LOFT at La Cantera has terrible customer service every time I attempt to shop there. No one working there engages with customers, and they seem annoyed if you ask for their help. I just went in today and the young lady behind the counter didnt greet me. I looked at her, smiled and said hello and she looked shocked that I spoke and she wasnt sure how yo respond. Ive never experienced anything like this. A manager eventually came over and was very pleasant when she rang up my order but I really miss the great customer service I came to expect from other locations of the LOFT.

        I really wish I could remember the name of the front desk girl that helped me but she went above and beyond to find a top I needed. The rest of the staff I cant really say the same, seems like they like to chit chat with each other on the clock amongst themselves.
