I’m highly disappointed with the lack of service my girlfriend and I received during out time inside the store. She was super excited about purchasing a specific item inside your store and instead of being assisted, all we were given were looks. The young gentleman in the suit at the door stared at us several times and the female employees walked past us every time without saying a word or acknowledging us. If I could take off this one star rating, I would! Tory Burch will no longer be considered a brand we will purchase in the future.

Love my purse and the young man who attended to us was so friendly and professional.

I’d give zero stars if I could. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I walk into the store and head to the shoes, since I know exactly what I want. I take one of the display shoes and sit and wait. Not once did any employee greet me or ask if I needed help. I notice one customer waiting by the shoes and I heard another in the dressing room. Both being assisted by one employee, Jasmine. As I’m waiting, I noticed almost all the other employees migrating to the back of the store. A few more customers walk in and they walk out and head straight to them, I STILL have not been greeted or ask I’ve I need assistance. Now I’m sitting on the couch, in plain sight, every employee at this point has made eye contact with me and still nothing. I’m not one to pull a “Karen†or make anything about race, however, I did notice that every single customer that came in and left after me, were white. And almost every employee rushed to help them. When the customers left, they all migrated straight to the back of the store as if it were empty. Again, I’m the last person to make ANYTHING about race, but in the 10-15 minutes I was waiting, I started noticing a pattern. I then asked for a manager, and thats when Jasmine came out. She apologized and actually gave me the time of day which took no more than 5 minutes. Target employees treat their customers one hundred times better than this. Now I get it, it’s a luxury store, you have a certain clientele you’re targeting. Maybe I was dressed or “looked†the part. But if an undercover shopper, top executive or CEO from Tory Burch decided to randomly come in wearing a baseball cap, yoga pants and not “look†the part, and got the same treatment I did today. Do you think you’d get any kind of praise or “Now that’s how you treat people It’s 2021 and you’re all adults, do you really need retraining on how to treat people? Have a blessed.
