Jessica was amazing. She picked up the phone and answered each time I called. She walked me through the issue I was having with my Prius and even sent me youtube videos to fix the issue on my own. I was able to fix the problem for under $24. I called a few auto shops and they were quoting me $150 just for diagnostics. Jessica saved me hundreds of dollars in repairs. Thanks Jessica and keep up the great work! You guys are real professionals!
