Hands down best customer service I have ever received at a bank.

Walked in to chase to open an account. Wait was not too long and the process was easy and simple. I was approached by Sherri and she helped me out through the process. Sherri was amazing and gave me advice on my account, walk me through the agreement, etc.. She did not only help me, but she helped me understand the business transactions and how to manage the accounts. Sherri definitely care for her clients!! She is an absolutely amazing banker!! Great bank and very centrally located. I cant believe that they now close at 5 PM. Kind of hard to get there when many people work 8 to 5. Adam is wonderful. I cant say enough good things about him. I wish he was at this bank more....like he used to be. I understand he is now over seeing two locations. We really miss him!

We've used this Chase location for 10+ years.  Great service w/ a personal touch.  Friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.
