They are quick to respond when you have questions or concerns.They are so patient with me on my journey. I have had a bad infection, a bad experience, and now they are getting my smile back to where it should be and fixing a previous dentists faults! I am excited to see my end results. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Terrible experience. I had my veneers put on in June, the next day they started falling out. I had to take time off of work to fly back to Texas to get temporaries again, and then another time to get the permanents put on. I had missing veneers and a terrible smile for 5 months. Someone threw my mold away, so I couldnt even try on my final smile with temporaries. When I had the finals put on, they werent the shade I asked for. They were also shorter than the originals and they essentially look just like my original teeth that I hated. Dr. Brady is very nice but I wasted a lot of money to have the same teeth Ive had my whole life. If you get veneers, make sure you tell them over and over the shade you want and dont leave without them being exactly what you want. Make sure no one throws your mold away, and dont be afraid to say you dont like something. I felt obligated to like my second set because Dr. Brady was so kind, but ultimately I regret my decision to come here for veneers.

I mean, who isnt nice at this place. State of the art experience, and they let you wear the cool shades (peep the pic) while you watch tv and get service. Massage chairs were a bonus, but most of allTHE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Theyve got it all figured out. Love it!
