Monica and her team are super accommodating and have great customer service. Michael came and set everything up with such quickness, and I was able to check in with them personally if something was going wrong. I loved the person to person communication, knowing I wasnt just getting standard responses. Pricing was very fair compared to other companies I had been doing research with. Im already planning on booking for NYE and cant wait to have an event where I can book for ALL services and not just a photo booth. I found my new Photo Booth person. I promise there will be no regrets! :)

Monica and her husband are amazing to work with. They are creative, hardworking, and genuine. We worked with them for multiple occasions and each time we are in awe of their work ethic. You tell her your event dates, locations, ideal vision, and price point and can leave the rest to them. They're busy and have multiple bookings so you won't always hear back, but we continued to message them frequently. We wanted to keep them in the loop and hear about updates from their end on pieces needed for our event. They do eventually read your emails/texts and will keep any changes or ideas in mind. It was difficult organizing multiple days, so we went into their storefront to plan. She spent over an hour showing me samples, discussing ideas, and taking notes. We had a last minute location and vision change, and she was able to accommodate the week of! She treats each event as if it's for her own, noticing all the little details. From signs, staircase rails, backdrops, flower walls, stage decor, table decor, cake stands, cake floral, garlands, seating, photo booths, prints...they have it all! Their pricing is highly competitive- you'll get a bang for your buck, and be happy with the work too! TL:DR- Her price point is better than any one else we spoke with and she was easily the nicest person. She's creative and will bring your vision to light. They're busy so sometimes communication is difficult but they do respond. Would highly recommend and looking forward to working with them again in the future!
