Additionally, their Field Engineers continue to support the system with current firm ware in a way that they are proactive, dependable, responsive and accountable (the very traits youd need from a high- quality audio/video integration provider). Id encourage any home owner to discuss with Comware (via their team of integrators and engineers) the design, installation, and support of a fully integrated home. The worst experience with these folks. Going on 13 weeks for an install for an uncomplicated system we were told would take 6 days. We went from 6 days to 13 weeks and still not operating. We have had men working here every single week and still do not have a fully functioning system. We have missed hours of work to accommodate technicians who come and fix one issue only for that same issue to not work again 3 days later or for their work to then cause another issue. We have numerous connections in real estate and building and will make sure they advise their clients to absolutely stay clear of this company.
