Farmers Insurance - Mike Robertson

Friendly insurance agents that COMMUNICATE! It's nice to get a quick note even when you don't have a claim or are up for renewal. Although, speaking of, my agent researched and saved me $400 by taking advantage of some new policy benefits. I actually get more coverage for less money, can't ask for better than that!

Never returned any of my emails. I sent an email 11/29 to cancel my policy. I then received a letter about my next payment being taken out, so I reached out to him again and he said he got it taken care of. I only received a partial redund. When I emailed him about this to get it corrected he said I might want to call Farmers myself. I called and they said I need to call him. I advised he said to call them, they called for me and he told them he doesn't have a recoer of my cancellation request. This man obviously doesn't have his paperwork in order .luckily I found great insurance using Goosehead which lowered my rates over 50%
