Baltazar helped us with shopping for a new mattress yesterday and we couldnt have been more pleased. He was very helpful, kind and helped us make a better informed decision on which Sleep Number option to go with. We also went and purchased the bedding. Delivery is same week and we couldnt be more thrilled. Thank you for an awesome shopping experience.

Shanna assisted us with our P5 purchase. They have their consultation experience down to an art. We were able to narrow our needs down and determine which bed was right for us. Ill tell you that the store has a way of making the beds quieter.. in your home its louder. It just is. The bed arrived on time and delivery team did a nice job. I thought we would have received a follow up call from our salesperson after a purchase of this size. We did not. So far we like the bed fine. Not sure we are seeing the juice for the squeeze yet. All accessories are quite expensive. We were told that remote control for the bed was on back order and we would be contacted once they became available.. over here still waiting on that call.. most people dont spend 10K on a bed- when they do- please act appreciative.
