        I ordered 3 smoothies. Guava, dragon and the temptation. The temptation tasted weird/bland (maybe old fruit or something?) so I asked if we could get another smoothie or a refund. The manager said no to both. I spoke to him on the phone and he said he doesnt do refunds because he already gave me the fruit. I kindly told him I gave the smoothie back, we werent going to drink it and it didnt taste as described. What kind of greedy establishment is this? Ridiculous. Never coming again.

      Vitality Bowls is a superfood cafe specializing in delicious açaí bowls, which are a thick blend of the açaí berry topped with organic granola and a selection of superfood ingredients. Additional antioxidant-rich menu items include smoothies, fresh juices, soups, salads and panini. Many locations also offer organic kombucha and organic cold brew coffee on-tap as well as a full-service superfood coffee bar. All items on the menu are made fresh to order and in non-cross contamination kitchens to accommodate customers with food allergies. No ingredient fillers such as ice, frozen yogurt, added sugar or artificial preservatives are ever used, giving the purest taste possible to each item.

      Jodi, We offered to replace the smoothie but you wanted totally different smoothie as you didn’t like the flavor. We are locally owned small business focusing on healthy food; our smoothies are made from real fruits, no dairy, no sugar no ice and no preservatives added; We don’t have room to refund just because customer didn’t like the taste of the smoothie when it is made as per ingredient listed.
