There sincerely isn't enough praise that I can provide for Elizabeth. We were anxious first time home buyers trying to find an unrealistically specific home to fit our families needs in an incredibly specific area. All while trying to maintain a budget in an overwhelmingly builder/seller's market. Elizabeth was unbelievably diligent and attentive. She maintained borderline instantaneous responses to all correspondence from not only us but also our builders and associated contractors (even when she was supposed to be on vacation). Whether by text, phone, or email, with Elizabeth, we always knew we had a genuine partner in the process. Elizabeth's vigilance and tenacity in addressing not only problems with our build but just our naive concerns often made "Call Elizabeth" a default response for us. When the builder tried to brush off our concerns citing city requirements, plans, or the HOA prohibited the change, Elizabeth chased down absolutely every angle to see to it that we exhausted every possible recourse to get the home we wanted in the end. She held our builder accountable every single step of the way and cautioned us when pitfalls presented themselves. She held the line with us well beyond closing. Anyone who is looking for a realtor would be doing themselves a disservice by not meeting with Elizabeth. I guarantee after you meet her you will understand. There can be absolutely no doubt that Elizabeth is the best realtor in Texas, but Elizabeth has become far more to us than a realtor...she is a huge part of our "home".
