        My name is Jeffrey Smart. I want to express my appreciation for the way I was cared for at Axis Brain and Back Institute, PLLC. This applies to both the Southlake and Ft. Worth offices. The reception group made me feel welcome. The intake nurses guided me through the questionnaire process completely to make sure that the doctors had a clear idea of my condition and what they were working with. Of course let me share this about surgical team of Dr Aryan and Jerrod, I felt comfortable and completely informed about the surgery that they were going to perform on me. The post-op process is going just like they said. I am now recovering very well from the two disc replacement surgery. I owe it every team member at both offices. Thank you again.
