Weve been seeing Dr.Nichols since I delivered my now 8 year old daughter and I had gestational diabetes. He visited us in the hospital, her in the NICU and has shown dedication unsurpassed since. His bedside manner is fantastic and hes super funny. My daughter looks forward to visits and we are so grateful for his service.

Very unhappy with our recent visits. Normally we see Dr.Knapp however he is on vacation so we saw Dr.Nichols. My child woke up with a sore throat, chills, and a headache. Since he catches strep throat fairly often we was thinking he had strep. The nurse came and swabbed his throat and shortly after we heard the doctor laughing and saying strep as if he could not believe we would think it was strep. When he came into the room and told us it was not strep, he then said he thought it was a sinus infection. At this point, I asked if he thought it was Covid and if my son needed to be tested. He said he did not think so. At this point he seemed like he was in a rush and did not want to be bothered. He had one hand on the door knob the entire time. He eventually said that if my child was not better than come back for the Covid test. My child did not get better over the weekend and when we called to make an appointment, they wanted to charge me for another copay. When I argued this was a follow up and if they were going to charge me again then they should have did the test the day we was in the office. Long story short, they waived the copay but we would not see the doctor just the nurse. My child tested positive for Covid. The doctor did not come to explain what we needed to do nor did the nurse. At this point, I was so disappointed and disgusted by the service. I guess after we left thought about it and the nurse ran outside and gave us a pamphlet . That is it, no directions on what to expect or do since my child has Covid. Needless to say, we will not be back and will not be recommending this doctor to anyone.
