Absolutely terrible. I ordered food, as well as set up regular reoccurring over a week ago and still don’t have my FIRST bag. I called in after hearing nothing for 3 days when the order was initially made, and was told due to illness some other people had to fulfill orders, but it shipped. No tracking, no anything. 5 days more, I send an email, following up again, and finally got a tracking number and it won’t be here for another 2 days. I don’t know about anyone else but my dogs actually need food. I’m sorry about being sick, but that is none of my concern, and my responsibility as a customer isn’t to follow up with you due to lack of communication and execution. Absolutely horrible, and I will do my best telling as many folks as I can not to even think about using this mom and pop. So many better options out there with actual competency.

Metro Pet is absolutely amazing! Their customer service is wonderful. I couldn’t find my puppies food anywhere in stores or online until I stumbled upon their website. I emailed them and when I didn’t hear back via email Justin actually called me and explained the situation, told me my puppies food was on the way and would be delivered soon - the next day it was here. The fact that he took the time out of his busy day of processing orders to call me and let me know what was going on was above and beyond everything that I expected. I will only buy my puppies treats and food from Metro Pet because of Justin and I recommend that everyone do the same. 🔥

It is amazing how they will deliver my dogs food right to the door. My dog loves the treats they drop off, but her favorite is the Primal Freeze Dried Nuggets. My pomeranian was so finicky about her food until we stumbled upon Primal; that never happens any more.
