        Incredibly rude and dismissive from the receptionist to the manager. I was trying to establish professional business as a realtor for my listings and my buyer and I was basically given attitude and 100 reasons why they refused to arrange services.

        Two shower cartridges and a charge of over $540.00+ is exorbitant by any standard for a 30min job and $50.00 in parts.. I called to further discuss this bill and was given the rather rude runaround on your padded competitive flat rate. Of which I still don't have a receipt for.

        These company and people in the plumbing dept. are very UNRELIABLE, INCONSIDERATE, and DISRESPECTFUL . They kept me waiting for a day and a half with a clogged up sewer line and never showed up, even after I was told I was first in line for early in the morning the next day. Real bad

        Have spent a bunch w these guys to replace 3 systems over the last few years. Last business was Lennox systems. Unit had to be repaired 1st week because AC didnt work now waiting all day for repair first time trying to use the heater. System is about 2-3 months old. Berkeys refuses to give you a clue when they will be here.
