They outsource everything from dealers. Nothing is in-stock or printed in their location. They are just a middle man marking the prices up.

I am a returning customer because .:. Ace Exhibits provide great products, super fast turnaround and fabulous customer service. Our recent order for the pub table came in scratched and torn, their customer service send a complete new unit stating: "given the state of the counter and the hole in the graphic, we should just replace the whole thing. I don't think this unit reflects our standards" WOW that's superior customer service, thank you Joel and Rachel and Management team!

Tablecloth is great! However it is not actually wrinkle-resistant in our experience.

I just ordered retractable banners from here and setting up final print files can sometimes be a nightmare, but one of their designers Matthew P. , helped me through several print issues that kept coming up on two projects. He took it upon himself to help correct some of the issues that I couldn't, with explanations and attentiveness. He worked very quickly and was extremely helpful. In short - This company has excellent designers that go above and beyond to make sure your projects turn out! I work for a large national company and we will definitely be using them again!

I haven't even receive our backdrop yet, but I'm already so impressed with this company and their service. Kenya was just fantastic to work with, especially considering how rushed my order was. She responded immediately to everything I needed and checked in throughout the process to make sure I was aware of everything. And then she handed me over the Brian, the graphic designer, who had to deal with all sorts of issues with our graphic in a rushed situation as well. And he just handled it for us because he probably could tell we didn't know what we were donig. He also was super responsive and just very, very help. I highly recommend.
