I had bought few properties in the past but this was an amazing experience!! Alyssa and her team was incredible, they let us know exactly what to expect and how to handle the pressure. They turned the house into a Castle!! Thank you so much for such a great team support Alyssa and Jennifer gave us.!! I highly recommend them if you want to have a wonderful experience and will like to be treated like Royalty!.

Katie Altine with Engle & Volkers Realty is an unethical realtor. She showed my home to clients, then texted me saying her clients "will be making an offer," then texted me again saying she was "writing up the offer now," then texted me again saying it is a "full price offer." I suspected something was wrong since I have sold and purchased at least a dozen homes in my lifetime, so I texted back and asked her if her clients were prequalified? She said "no." The listing clearly states "prequalified buyers." Then Katie text me again to tell me they were "approved," then she never sent the offer she said she was writing up. This type of communication is unethical and only serves for the moral decay of the industry. She apparently doesn't thoroughly read a listing and lacks proper industry etiquette. I feel sorry for the sellers and buyers who use Katie Altine as their realtor.

Terrible non-existent customer service. When I called about a listing the woman who answered sounded like she was in her basement. She was very rude and didn't want to be bothered. When I got in touch with another worker she was equally foul. These people do not care. The housing market is going to hell in a hand basket.
