Marcy and her husband really helped us all along the way. We were moving out of town so we werent around to do various house prep tasks as we put it on the market. They organized these projects for us with various vendors or themselves. Good work at fair prices. We were pleased with our experience and would use them again.

Marcy, Greg and team managed the updating and selling of my parents home. They were my A TEAM on ground!! It was 2 months from first meeting to remodel to under-contract. Marcy has a lot of expertise in real estate and she gave good advice on what to update and not - we had 4 offers in 2 days! I'm out of town so having Marcy & Greg tap into their local high quality craftsmen and managing over 6 of them was an absolute Godsend! They were ALWAYS highly responsive to get my approvals on bids and provided me real-time updates. Greg went above & beyond to make minor repairs or to call-in concerns about gas leaks.
