Greg Shelton has been my CPA for over 10 years, not once have I ever been nervous or anxious about my taxes. Greg has always been there for any questions I might have and I might add I don’t have to wait for an answer as he calls back immediately if he’s unable to answer at that moment. His staff is also right there with help if needed. I can’t say enough about Greg and this firm as they’ve taken a lot of worry off of me these past years!! Shelton Inc.-- this group has been doing my taxes for personal and business since 1997. I've never had any problems and they are so knowledgeable with up-to-date Tax Rules. Greg is so patient and accommodating, even when I don't have what I should for him. I would trust any of my accounts with him. My kids also use his practice for their personal and business taxes. He is great with non-profit accounts also. Top notch!!!!

I hired Greg and Becky to handle my taxes and get me back on track becoming overwhelmed. Well... it has become one of the biggest mistakes I could've ever made. Becky who has zero accounting credentials and who is stuck to a few lessons Greg has taught her was suppose to be doing all my reconciliations and keeping my P&L up to date submitted a whole bunch of fraudulent reports to the state sales tax office. some she overstated the quarter some she understated the quarter. And boy let me tell you. Would you believe I know more about state taxes then them. They didn't even know texas switched to monthly this year and hadn't filed my Jan or Feb yet but it took me about 3 minutes to do. Also, didn't file none of last year's quarters until months later. 1st and 2nd they filed in September 3 and 4th and January but couldn't file the monthly on January. Dealing with them has cost me about 10k in late filing fees. Man imagine if they would've filed them on time. And then Becky goes and has this secret conversation with the sales tax office they warn her a lein is going to be filed on the business and she doesn't even tell me lol. Crazy how some of these people treat the smaller client like the bottom client

In todays world with everyone stressed out over COVID and other life affairs it has been very hard to find very kind, authentic genuine people. I found that in the most surprising place........getting my taxes done. Such a breathe of fresh air with professional and kind service finding every deductions with razor sharp up to date knowledge on the everchanging tax laws. Thanks again, this is probably one of the only times I didn't mind filing taxes because of the great customer service and the kind people

Greg and his team are very easy to work with. They are thorough and compassionate. When my father in law died, they were there to advise me regarding the tax filing. I assist some ladies from our church. I was trying to assist a lady that was nearing the final days of her life. She just could not get her paperwork together. I assisted her. Greg offered to do whatever necessary to ease her burden. He offered to help her personally by going to her residence or sending a member of his team. I acted as a go between and put her info together and took it to the Shelton office. I have heard it said, "don't mess with the IRS." I believe that and that is one reason why I am thankful to have a professional working on my behalf. The Shelton office does not leave you waiting if you have a question. They respond to all inquiries in a timely manner. When one can find compassion, respect and courtesy along with accurate filings, that is a win for me. I am pleased to have Shelton, Inc. and team representing and working on behalf of my family and me.
