I came into Jareds & the employee Alaura was very gracious & assisted me with my specific needs. In the past I had a very very bad experience at a totally different company so I was struggling with some ptsd about getting my ring cleaned/fixed. Alaura accommodated my timeline & she soothed my worries with the way Jareds is set up to document & record everything. My ring looks better than ever & Im comfortable going back there & know my ring is in good hands with great employees. Thank you!

Crissy at this location is absolutely AMAZING. So kind and knowledgeable. We can't thank her enough for how helpful she was. Not once did she ever try to push us towards anything other than what we showed her we wanted. We would absolutely say if your looking for your next piece of jewelry go see her. You won't be disappointed.

I came to jareds to have my battery's change on 2 of my bulova watches, when I came in BRAXTON greeted me and help me out with my watches,he was professionally and gave me some tips on how to take care of them and keep them nice bright and clean I highly recommend this jareds at this location.

Chrissy is absolutely amazing. She's helped me multiple times...from dismantling an old wedding ring and making it into something beautiful that I love to helping me pick out some fun jewelry. She has gone above and beyond with her customer service. I'll never go anywhere else when buying jewelry.
