Fast forward today. I was put on mute by an employee for 5 mins for placing a future order.
But then I order the food, it's either crunchy and good or soggy and warm. They always skimp on the sauce, even though I requested for more sauce.
There is no sense of urgency, and I will take my business towards Popeyes, with better taste of chicken and fresher than these dead beat of teenagers trying to "work"
