JW Health Insurance

I have worked with Jeremy for a few years for my personal health insurance plan without issue, but for 2024 Jeremy informed me that he was no longer able to sell or represent SelectHealth and he suggested a Aetna plan. I asked to see different options and was sent an email, but two days later, before I could respond with what my desired plan was, I was signed up for an Aetna plan by Jeremy and his team without my consent. He simply sent a text asking me to pay for my first premium. I was never asked which plan I specifically wanted and never asked to sign anything to confirm my plan. I will not be coming here for my insurance needs in the future.

I've used their services for my family as I,myself am a self employed individual. I thought it would be difficult to find somebody friendly and knowledgeable to help me. My worries were put to rest as Jeremy Ward guided and directed me to the best path. I have been very pleased over the last several years with what they have offered me. Highly recommend. JW Health Insurance is the BEST!!! Jeremy is so wonderful to work with. He is professional and answers all of our questions in a timely manner. He makes customer service a priority. He is a pleasure to work with. Wouldn't it be great if everyone was as good. Thank you, Robyn Davis
