Horrible experience. Unexplained charges years after my purchase. I regret ever stepping foot in a PC Laptops and I will let everyone know it.

Holy cow! Wyatt! You are our hero! Microsoft took over my computer, hid All of my Google stuff and I was livid! Everything I use for my business was in my Google account. And Microsoft, the invasive, corrosive, pain in my neck, software nearly cost me! But lucky for us, Wyatt was able to save our bacon! After a grueling hour and a half of trying to figure out what the hell Microsoft did, Wyatt was able to not only get Microsofts software control undone, but then managed to get my Google accounts back in control and he found all of my backed up work. Because I set a 2 step recovery for my Google, Wyatt was able to easily recover my Google. He even thanked me for setting up that 2 step recovery. I don't know what I would have done without Wyatt's help... I was ready to return my laptop yo PC Laptops with a raging, angry, seeing red, bull attitude! Thank goodness for my husband Sonny for his patience, and then contacting At Home Support and getting Wyatt. Thank you again Wyatt! You dear sir deserve a raise and an award!
